It’s amazing what a little sheer determination will bring. Aries will not back down, no matter how many bricks may be piled on their backs, no matter how many obstacles strewn in their path. Never count an Aries out. They are oblivious to the word No. And unaware of their limitations. A challenge for Aries, is something that needs to be overcome. Brick walls are meant to be climbed over, limitations are meant to be pushed as far as they will go. Once you become aware of exactly what your limits are though, then you you will know what you actually can do within the parameters of those limits without exhausting yourself. You will need your energy for later, when Mars is direct again in November. Therefore pace yourself, even as you see the future unfolding before you. You have goals. And they will unfold. But they will unfold as they will, and when they will.  

Taurus

It could seem as if you will never be totally ready, and yet that is what is being asked of you now that Saturn is stationing direct next week. You have strategically situated yourself, you’ve worked hard for this moment in time and to get where you are now. And as a result of all of your preparation you are in the position to fulfill a role that you’ve been preparing for, for quite some time. So it’s no wonder that, no matter how busy you are, and whatever challenges and hurdles you still need to overcome, you will be smiling this week. Just don’t wear yourself out! It could seem as if you’ve still got a lot ahead of you. Just take one day at a time, one step at a time, one chore at a time. And before you know it, you will have made it to the other side. 

Gemini

Could the news get any crazier? Why does it seem that the world has been on the verge of completely unraveling lately? One reason for feeling this way, if this is so, is that your ruling planet, Mercury, was thoroughly besieged last week, leaving you scrambling and searching for answers and solutions. Now that Mercury will be entering Scorpio this weekend, you are not going to leave any stone unturned. You are ready to do the research. And you are not going to leave anything off the table. All options are being considered. There is an element of desperation in the air, as it becomes especially clear as to what is or is not working, and what is or is not possible. Taking all foreseeable conclusions into consideration here, it is time to create a sustainable plan for the future, while also having a Plan B to back it up just in case. It’s all about being prepared, whatever comes your way.

Cancer

While Saturn has been in its retrograde phase, many a Cancer has been exploring how relationships have or have not been working out. And what has been standing in the way of making a particular relationship, or relationships in general, more binding, more secure, more reliable. What fears have been getting in the way? What doubts? Can these be resolved? How can trust be restored? Saturn is asking you to approach all of your relationships with your eyes wide open, and with complete honesty about what your expectations are of each other going forward. What you are needing most right now are the sorts of people who will help you carry the weight, not make things heavier; people who will support you in your decisions, not make the decisions for you. The Full Moon in Aries on October 1st is reminding us all that it is possible to achieve greater wholeness and healing if we are willing to release old patterns and habits that are no longer valid for who we are now. It is time to lean forward towards healing, not linger or dwell on the past. 

Leo

The world may be going to hell in a hand basket, and a lot of us are crawling around like the walking wounded over here, but Leo is absolutely determined to keep our spirits up, come what may. George Bernard Shaw (a Leo of course) once said: If you cannot get rid of the family skeleton, you may as well make it dance. And that goes for any and all skeletons that may be creeping out of closets and graves and the dark shadows of our lives. One way of helping to heal all the wounds that are being exposed in the light of next week’s Full Moon on October 1st, is by first accepting them for what they are, and then courageously unleashing them. It’s the secrets, the stuff festering beneath the surface that we need to worry about. And now that Saturn is stationing direct next week, you will want to focus on building up your own strength and stamina, and fortifying yourself. You’re probably going to need it! Leo has their work cut out for them now that Saturn will be stationing direct. And taking care of any lingering issues, once and for all, will be much appreciated later on. 

Virgo

All decorum may go out the window, now that your ruling planet, Mercury, is diving into Scorpio. No more Mr./Ms. Nice Guy/Person. Especially after the gauntlet you passed through last week. Any way, you all have your work cut out for you over the next several weeks, now that Mercury will be traveling here. There is not a single detail that will get past you. If we need a panel of fact checkers, we should line up a group of stalwart Virgos, ready to detect even the most minute faux pas. Nothing will get past you. And now that Saturn is stationing next week, you all are ready to launch yourself out into the world again, come what may. Virus or no virus. There isn’t a pestilence big enough to hold back Virgo once all the pieces start coming together. You may not be able to make your big launch right away. But now that you know what you really do want to invest your precious time and energy on (and what you definitely don’t want to waste your time on), you can almost, just almost see that plan unfolding before you.  

Libra

There is a generalized feeling of having to wait and see lately. So much seems to depend on outside circumstances and what is happening with the other people in your life. And yet, there is still this underlying sense of renewal and imminent change that has been percolating for some time. It all depends on how stabilized and secure your current foundation is. Some Librans may have been thinking about relocating, or setting down roots somewhere. That’s just to make sure that they do have that foundation they’ve been craving. Others have been thinking about launching themselves out into the world in other ways, testing out the current foundations for that stability you all so require right now. Will the current foundations hold for the foreseeable future? And if so, for how long? Is something ending? And if so, what will that mean for you? At the very least, now that Saturn is stationing direct again, you are being asked to formulate some sort of plan for the future. As well as a Plan B just in case. Plans that you know you can rely on for years to come. 

Scorpio

With Saturn in its retrograde phase for the past 4-5 months, we’ve all been given the opportunity to step back, pause and reevaluate our lives and our current circumstances. It’s about making sense, reviewing and reassessing before moving forward again, now that you are able to do so. You’ve been regaining your perspective. By now you have a clear idea of what you know, where you stand, and what you are capable of achieving. And if you have been feeling as if you have not been fully appreciated lately, know that you are not alone. Nor should you take it personally. And although you don’t have any control over the opinions and habits of others, the one thing that you do have control are your own actions. Challenges? Bad attitudes? Scorpio scoffs at challenges and ‘attitudes’. Think of these minor glitches as road bumps in the way of progress. Once you’ve got your sights on something, lo to those who stand in the way. 

Sagittarius

Priorities. Paying attention to those things that are really important to you. What do you want to see grow? What do you want to be investing your hard-earned resources, savings, valuable time and energy on? What is worth all that hard work and investment? With Saturn in Capricorn these past few years, many a Sagittarius has been trying to figure out how they can make themselves more financially stable and self-sufficient. How they can create a stable foundation… something that they can lean on well into the future. There may still be a few frustrations lying ahead. Nothing comes easy these days. However now that Saturn is stationing this week, and will appear to be moving direct again, think in terms of creating some sort of realistic and viable financial plan that will support you well into the future. 

Capricorn

For the past 5 months, many have been feeling as if they were stuck in a rut. Kind of like groundhog day, repeating the same scenario over and over. Now that your ruling planet, Saturn, is stationing direct this week, it could begin to feel as if things are finally falling into place. But not without some rancor and trepidation. It’s hard enough to get anything started and moving when Saturn is in your sign. For many it could feel like you’ve been trying to start your whole life over again. And if you have done your homework well during the past 5 months, then you’ve been also exploring and reexamining those goals that are most valid for who you are now. That might mean leaving those things behind that you have outgrown. You are at the very beginning of the next phase of your life. And it needs to be your own. The most common regret that people have at the end of their lives is that they wished that they’d had the courage to live a life true to themselves, not the life that others expected of them. 

Aquarius

Before you can make a new beginning, you have had to tie up some loose ends and finish things off from the old phase of your life. If nothing else it became evident as to what you had outgrown, or was has been holding you back, and preventing you from growing. There comes a time in life in which we need to let go the bow lines and allow ourselves to leave the safety of the shore. And even though you might not even know exactly what ‘new beginning’ looks like for you yet, you are probably pretty sure about what you don’t want or need any more. So it’s not unusual at this time to see yourself moving in a different direction; parting company; or confronting habits or ideas that you realize are counterproductive and holding you back, and preventing you from looking to the future. Now that your traditional ruling planet, Saturn, is stationing this week, be assured, no matter what conflicting feelings you may have, you are on the way to meet your destiny. 

Pisces

During these past 4 months you’ve been reevaluating your goals in terms of what is or is not now feasible and achievable. It’s been difficult to make plans in the context of what feels like a ‘new normal’. But now that Saturn is going to be direct again, there should be greater clarity. Many of you have been wondering any way: What is the next step on my journey? Where do I see myself going from here? Some Pisces people will be putting in some last ditch efforts to put it all out there, and finally make that wish or dream a closer reality, once and for all. Others will be more aware of those areas of their lives that they have some how outgrown, and are ready to explore further, in order to take themselves to the next level. Some may even be recognized for work that they have been doing up until now. But as usual with Saturn, recognition also often comes with a certain amount of responsibility. Get ready. One way or another, you’ve got goals to fulfill.
