For the week of April 28th thru May 5th, be sure to read your Rising Sign as well:

Aries

Since April 23rd we’ve been getting some glimpses into the Pluto in Aquarius era. For Aries that could have something to do with sharing your unique gifts with the world at large. Perhaps to reach a larger audience. Experiences shared with others can throw us back on ourselves, enrich our lives, and invest what we do with deeper meaning. On May 1st Pluto stations for its retrograde phase which lasts until October 10th. During these months, Pluto will return to Capricorn for some unfinished business. This may just be to make sure that you are still on board with what you have already created. Pluto wants us to ask ourselves: How much do I really want to do this? What can I do with all that I have learned and achieved over the past 15 years? Was it all worth it? Do I really believe in what I am doing and where I see myself going? And am I still passionate about the goals that I have committed to? Your homework over the next 5 months that Pluto will be in its retrograde phase is about cultivating confidence in the choices that you have made. The more confident you are, the more of an impact you will have on the larger world, over the years ahead.

Taurus

For the past 5 weeks Pluto has been giving you a glimpse of what the Pluto in Aquarius era might bring. On May 1st it stations for its retrograde phase, which will eventually bring it back to Capricorn for some unfinished business. For the past 15 years that Pluto has been in Capricorn it has had the remarkable capacity to change the very way you see the world. This may have come about through a series of events that opened your eyes to the truth of a situation. This allowed you to see the world from another perspective, but also allowed you to see how that affects your role in the world, and even what you believe to be true about yourself, and the world that we live in. And now that Pluto will be in its retrograde phase you will be revisiting the journey that has brought you here to this place in time. Piece by piece. Over the next few years it is moving into Aquarius, at which point Taurus will be finding themselves pushed out on to the stage of life, with what could appear to be some sort of purpose and destiny. Understanding the truths that were being unveiled over the past 15 years, has brought you to this place for a purpose. Use the retrograde phase of Pluto to do an internal review of the events, realizations and experiences that have brought you to this place and time.

Gemini

For the past 5 weeks you have been getting something of a glimpse of the Pluto in Aquarius era. On May 1st, Pluto stations for its retrograde phase which will bring it back to Capricorn for some unfinished business. For the 15 years that Pluto had been in Capricorn, Gemini people have been going through a tremendous period of change and transformation. During this period all sorts of demons, tricksters and hidden fears were being cast out of your life, unearthed and exhumed. During the retrograde phases, Pluto digs down even deeper into the firmament of your psyche, to ever deeper layers, to the stuff that lies hidden beneath the surface. Pluto wants to purify these, if not cast them out altogether. In order to be able to more fully embrace the Pluto in Aquarius era, all that stuff percolating beneath the surface needs to go. But in order to do so, like Persephone, you are being asked to return to the lower depths of Pluto’s domain. There you are to confront whatever demons are still lurking in the darkness, and cast them out into the light where they can do no harm. Pluto wants you to grow. He wants all of us to grow. And anything that is holding you back and preventing you from growing will now need to be dealt with once and for all.

Cancer

For the past 5 weeks we have all been getting something of a glimpse of the Pluto in Aquarius era. This will be a little different for everyone. However, on May 1st, Pluto stations for its retrograde phase which will eventually return Pluto to Capricorn for some unfinished business. For Cancer this is most likely to be in the arena of relationships. During the retrograde phase which lasts until October 10th, it could almost feel as if there are still some things to be reconciled. For the past 15 years that Pluto has been in Capricorn, Cancer people have been learning and growing through their relationships with others. These may have served as catalysts for other things lying deep beneath the surface that were trying to work themselves out. This in turn allows you to grow and evolve in profound and meaningful ways. Interestingly when Pluto is in its retrograde phase, as it will be for the next 5 months, it is reminding you, that rather than looking for solutions without, the more you put the focus within, on your own evolutionary growth, everyone else benefits and grows as well.

Leo

For the past 5 weeks that Pluto has been in Aquarius, you were getting a glimpse of what to expect for the next 20 years. However, on May 1st Pluto stations for its retrograde phase which will bring it back to the sign of Capricorn for some unfinished business. While in Capricorn Pluto has wanted you to make your health and well being much more of a priority. There may have even been some crucial indicators that compelled you to do so. And once Pluto returns to Capricorn in June it is asking you to continue what you had started. Pluto is asking you to further cultivate those things that feed your soul and makes you stronger; while casting out those things that undermine your physical, mental and emotional well-being. For one thing that should have become apparent to you throughout the Pluto in Capricorn era, is the relationship between your psychological and physical well-being and the impact that they have on one another. Your homework over the next 5 months of the retrograde phase of Pluto is to further cultivate those things that support your well-being while casting away, once and for all, those that undermine it.

Virgo

For the past 5 weeks that Pluto has been in Aquarius, we have all been given a glimpse of what to expect for the next 20 years. However, on May 1st Pluto will station for its retrograde phase, which will eventually bring Pluto back to the sign of Capricorn for some unfinished business. For the 15 years that Pluto has been in Capricorn, Pluto has been trying to align you with a deeper and more profound expression of yourself, through the people and things that matter to you most. Through this process you were being shown and reminded of those things that you are most passionate about. And almost like a calling you would have found yourself drawn in a certain direction. This is unique to everyone. But for you it could feel like a path, a sense of destiny, tied in with a hobby, a much invested in interest, a passion that you simply could not ignore. This retrograde phase is like a final reminder. We can easily get sidetracked. But Pluto doesn’t want you to forget those things, people and experiences, that you are most passionate about. For the past 15 years Pluto has been trying to awaken you to these. And now with the retrograde phase that lasts through October 10th, he just wants to make sure that you continue to hold them near.

Libra

For the past 15 years that Pluto was in Capricorn, many a Libra has found themselves recumbent on the therapist’s couch. Pluto only recently entered Aquarius on March 23rd. But on May 1st Pluto stations for its retrograde phase which will bring Pluto back to Capricorn for some unfinished business. In the process you could find yourself returning to the couch once again, in order to go over some of the details. And if you were to do so, you are not likely to leave any stone unturned. For it is time, once and for all, to evict any vagrant demons that continue to lurk in the darker corners of your subconscious. This is important. For like old festering wounds, those things which we continue to ignore and try to pretend are not there, will only continue to weaken us. Pluto wants you to clear out all of that emotional baggage that you’ve been carrying with you once and for all. For once Pluto finally enters Aquarius, you will not want to have any of that weighing you down. These can include: all of those inner dialogues, regrets and shame; the should haves, the could haves that are no longer relevant; the emotional abuse that you still carry like a talisman. Your homework for the next 5 months that Pluto is in its retrograde phase is to unload any lingering emotional debris, allowing you to finally walk into the Pluto in Aquarius era carrying a much lighter load.

Scorpio

For the 15 years that Pluto has been in Capricorn, Scorpio has been cutting through the lies, the innuendos, the misinformation and the subterfuge. Pluto only recently entered Aquarius on March 23rd, giving us a glimpse of what may come, which is nothing less than putting into application all that you had learned while Pluto was in Capricorn. But on May 1st Pluto stations for its retrograde phase which will eventually bring Pluto back to Capricorn for some final last touches. With your magnifying glass in hand and your deerstalker hat on your head, you are ready to get to the bottom of things. Nothing will escape your eye. Any lingering information that had been missed will now be sussed out. Know also that what will most likely fascinate you for the 5 months that Pluto is retrograde, are not necessarily the unsolved mysteries in the outer world, so much as the mysteries that remain unsolved in your own mind. Those are the ones that you will want to explore. For once you start turning over the stones inside your mind, all sorts of stuff will being to crawl out. And what you discover there will keep you thoroughly engrossed throughout the retrograde phase of Pluto that lasts through October 10th.

Sagittarius

For the past 5 weeks that Pluto has been in Aquarius, you were getting a glimpse of what to expect for the next 20 years. However, on May 1st Pluto stations for its retrograde phase which will bring it back to the sign of Capricorn for some unfinished business. This may simply be about reassessing and reevaluating your current financial picture once and for all. Or putting the final touches on a plan that you have been working on for some years now. It would not be unusual for many a Sagittarius to have had their whole financial picture change over the 15 years that Pluto had been in Capricorn. But perhaps the most important theme that Pluto was working on during these years, and which Pluto may be readdressing during its current retrograde phase, is not so much about how much you have materially, but how well you value what you have to offer of yourself. Pluto has been realigning you with your own self-worth. Not only financially, but also concerning things like having good values, strength of character, and doing good works. For the next 5 months that Pluto will be in its retrograde phase you are being asked to further cultivate those qualities that you find most worthy about yourself.

Capricorn

Cynthia Occelli tells us that in order for a seed to achieve its fullest potential, it must first become completely undone. The shell cracks, and its insides fall out. It can even look like destruction at first, but this is what growth looks like when you have Pluto traveling in your sign, as it has been since 2008. Because Pluto has been in your sign, Capricorn has been going through a tremendous period of growth and transformation over the past 15 years. On March 23rd Pluto entered the sign of Aquarius, bringing just barely a glimpse of what Capricorn can expect from the Pluto in Aquarius era. However on May 1st, Pluto will station retrograde, going back to reassess all of the changes that have brought you to this time and place. You will be asking yourself, how can I make this all that much more sustainable? But first you are needing to touch base. And take care of any last details that you had not fully addressed. For whatever is standing in the way of you being able to take full control over your own life and destiny will not and can not be ignored, now that the great lord Pluto is positioning itself to return to your sign in June.

Aquarius

There is something of an internal evolutionary growth process that has been going on with Aquarius, ever since Pluto first entered Capricorn in 2008. On March 23rd Pluto finally entered your sign of Aquarius, giving you a glimpse of what to expect from the upcoming era, which has more to do with putting some of those changes into application in your outer life. But on May 1st, Pluto will station for its retrograde phase, returning to Capricorn to tie up some loose ends before you can do so. No one can fully comprehend all the changes that you have been going through over the past 15 years. This is because for Aquarius, Capricorn is a sign that has to do with the subconscious world, the hidden things behind the scenes, the secrets of the past, the things long forgotten, and the things you wanted to forget. Pluto was forcing a lot of these to the surface. Not always in an easy way. And now that Pluto is returning to Capricorn it aims to get out the last vestiges of what ever still needs to be purified, and/or cast out. All those fears, anxiety and urges that seem to have no basis, actually do. And Pluto has been trying to show you what that all is. Know also that this is your greatest opportunity to finally arrive at a whole other level of understanding and wholeness, which will bring you the tools you will need for the next leg of your journey.

Pisces

For the 15 years that Pluto was in Capricorn, Pisces was being urged to share their unique vision and talents with the world at large. Then on March 23rd Pluto entered Aquarius bringing us all a glimpse of what we might expect for the next 20 years. However, on May 1st Pluto stations for its retrograde phase, which will eventually bring Pluto back to Capricorn once again, perhaps to tie up some loose ends. The sign Capricorn, for Pisces, is a sign of collaboration in which we grow and support others with their aspirations and goals. One thing  that Pluto can remind you during its retrograde phase which lasts until October 10th, is that when you ally yourself with those who have a similar vision, and similar aspirations, that is when your own unique talents and gifts will begin to blossom and thrive in ways that you had not realized was even possible. Experiences shared with others can be both challenging and rewarding. They throw us back on ourselves, enrich our lives, and bring deeper meaning. All the more so as Pluto now enters its retrograde phase, heading back into these last degrees of Capricorn once again.
